We only ship to addresses within Japan (no international shipping).
Sagawa Express Shipping: ¥1,000 per cardboard box (approximately 60 LPs).
The shipment service fee will be included in the item count on your receipt.
Audio equipment and musical instruments are excluded from this service.
You may specify the delivery date and time (please note your stay dates).
Packaging will be kept to the absolute minimum. We cannot accommodate requests beyond this; please understand in advance.
Our store bears no responsibility for delivery issues arising from the circumstances at your accommodation. Please confirm in advance whether your accommodation offers package receipt services, etc.
We may decline shipment service in the following cases:
– Your room number at the accommodation is unknown
– Delivery address is a specific overseas forwarding service company
We recommend customers double-check items themselves before purchase.

We do not negotiate prices for any customer, domestic or international.
Price tags on records priced over ¥2000 will be removed at the time of purchase.
