To avoid issues, we ask international customers to read our store rules.

Basic Rules

• Payment is accepted only in cash, credit cards, or PayPay (Alipay).
  No other payment methods are available.
  
  
• We do not offer tax-free shopping.
  
  
• There are no restrooms available inside our store or this building.
  Please use nearby facilities. 
  We can hold items temporarily for you; please ask a staff member.
  
  
• The dedicated counter next to the register is the place for checking items.
  Please hand any items you wish to cancel to a staff member.
  
  
• Only items priced at 480 yen or more can be previewed.
  As we have only one machine at the listening station, we may ask you to yield during busy times.
  
  
• Our plastic bags and cardboard boxes are chargeable. Please inform a staff member if needed.
  
  
• Please avoid placing heavy items or luggage on top of records to prevent damage.
  
  
• We can hold your luggage at the register; please ask.
  
  
• Please do not leave items you intend to purchase on the floor or in display areas.
  
  
• Please refrain from eating or drinking inside the store.
  
  
• Please care for not playing loud sounds from mobile devices (calls, music playback, etc.).
  
  
• Photography of the store and merchandise is permitted, but please be considerate and avoid including other customers or staff in your photos.
